In California, because Xoto has three wheels, all you need is a valid California drivers license to ride. If you’re located in a different state, that depends on the local rules. Please reach out to us with the state you’re in and we’ll let you know what you need to do to ride.

Yes, there are three modes. Low (1), Medium (2), and High (3). Modes one and two limit your top speed. Mode three gives you full power.

Yes! The batteries slide right out of their slots and can be plugged in and charged from a standard wall outlet.
