We stand behind the craftsmanship of each of our vehicles. We will warranty the repair of any and all defects in material or workmanship from the date you physically receive your product for 3 years.

XOTO batteries are covered against all manufacturing defects but not reduced capacity and performance from prolonged use.

That being said our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear of consumables (e.g. tires, inner tubes, handlebar grips, brake cables, paint, etc). 
• damage because of misuse or use contrary to the owner's manual (e.g. exceeding max. rider weight, etc.)
• damage as a result of a collision or reckless behavior.
• damage as a result of incorrect maintenance and storage procedures.
